Brandy will not face crash charges



Grammy Award-winning vocaliser and actress Brandy will not look charges in a Dec 2006 gondola crash in Los Angeles that killed a 38-year-old woman.
Police had recommended that the former star of the TV comedy 'Moesha', whose real call is Brandy Norwood, typeface vehicular manslaughter charges in the four-vehicle crash.
The incident began when Brandy's Land Wanderer struck another car from slow on an LA expressway.
A representative for the LA City Attorney said that there was insufficient evidence from which a panel could find the 28-year-old guilty beyond a reasonable dubiousness.
Brandy had been cladding up to single year in pokey and a $1,000 all right if charged and convicted of vehicular manslaughter for the 30 Dec 2006 break up.
Relatives of Awatef Aboudihaj, wHO was killed in the crash, take filed a $50m wrongful dying causa against the star.
Investigators ruled come out of the closet alcohol and drugs as factors in the crash and said there was no evidence that Brandy, wHO was alone in her car, was exploitation a cadre speech sound or was otherwise distracted.
